A New Orleans native, Lance moved to Baton Rouge in 2004 to attend LSU. In 2008, he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management . While pursuing his education, Lance held various guest services positions within hotels. His experience in hotels now carry over into his real estate business where he prides himself on providing exceptional customer service to each of his clients.
Fresh out of college and with a strong desire to find his niche, Lance was eager to feed his entrepreneurial spirit and decided to embark on a career in real estate. “I figured if I can succeed at being a Realtor in 2009 when the market was at its worst, then it would be onward and upward from then on.”
Since then, Lance has been recognized as the 2010 Rookie of the Year at his previous company, C.J. Brown. He received the 2011 Greater Baton Rouge Rising Star of the Year Award. He has been designated as a Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) and an Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). He is currently a top producer at Keller Williams Redstick Partners and currently serves on the Agent Leadership Council (ALC).
